Privacy policy
This is a demonstration website. It is a set of static files: there is no account system, no comment form and no shopping basket, and nothing you do here is stored on this server beyond the ordinary web server access log.
What this site collects
No cookies are set by this site and no analytics or advertising scripts run on it. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
One thing on the page is loaded from elsewhere: the map in the Visit section is a frame from openstreetmap.org. As you scroll towards it your device fetches the map from OpenStreetMap directly, which lets them see your IP address and browser details. Nothing else on the page contacts another company unless you follow a link.
The web server keeps a standard access log containing the requested address, the time, and technical details sent by your browser. It is used to keep the site running and to investigate faults.
Links away from this site
The order button opens The Cosy Corner on Bolt Food, and the map link opens Google Maps. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies, and this site has no control over what it records.
Photographs and reviews
- Photographs are the restaurant's own, taken from its public Facebook page.
- One photograph and the review quotes come from the restaurant's public Google Maps listing and are credited to the reviewer's public display name.
- If you are the author of a photograph or review here and would like it removed, write to the address below and it will be taken down.
